How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

If you have received damaged goods or items that do not match your order, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return. We want our customers to always be satisfied, which is why we have a clear process for handling warranty claims.

Process for refund or exchange

  1. Contact us as soon as possible – If you discover any issues with the product, please contact us at info@blackfinstore.cz. Include your order number and a description of the problem in your claim.

  2. Return the goods – After confirming the warranty claim, we will send you instructions on how to return the goods. Please send the goods back to the address of our warehouse (which you will receive in the confirmation email). We kindly ask you to attach the completed Form for Returns and Refunds.

  3. Warranty resolution – Once we receive the returned goods, we will review the claim and inform you of the result as soon as possible. If the claim is approved, we will offer either an exchange of goods or a refund.
